Service New Brunswick

Service NB might be the worst govt branch I’ve seen in a while. I’ve lived in 4 provinces in my life and have never witnessed the lack of efficiency, process and training like “Service” NB. The most recent infraction, I purchased a new vehicle, registered it with Service NB at the Shediac location because Moncton is impossible and they registered my vehicle as electric. The make and model of vehicle I purchased isn’t even manufactured as an electric or hybrid vehicle. I contacted Motor Vehicle to have it fixed, and apparently, they can’t mail out a new one, I have to go in again to Service NB and have them reprint it. Costing my time, money and energy to fix an error they made in the first place. And they wonder why people are angry with their “service”.

They helped us navigate through getting our damage deposit back from Killam REIT Moncton back. Killam refused to give our damage deposit back to us but with the support of Service New Brunswick we could get half of it back. Very patient and speak French and English. Just awesome people work here. Thank you very much

I went there last week to get my learners permit. I don’t know how the male agent took my version test, but he failed me and said i didn’t pass, had to fill out a form from my eye specialist. I went to my eye doctor and she filled it out and said i’m perfectly fine, and don’t need anything. I went back the same day to Service New Brunswick. A rude lady assisted me and told me my forms were not filled out properly and told I couldn’t get my license that day. I never went back and went to Dieppe, they helped me right away with the same information and got me my license.

We had a lot to do as a result of moving to New Brunswick from another province. Sylvie was excellent and worked to make things as good as possible. Totally satisfied, and not too long waiting.
