The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No sympathy or understanding of what their customer is going through. I applied for my son’s passport two months ago. I have had to go in 3 times in order to pick up my son's passport because of Canada post being on strike. I was given time and date to pick up on Dec 18 @ 2Pm. Went to pick it up only to be told it was mailed out. I was upset because this is the third time I went for same reason. I was not being Disrespectful but I just made it clear I was not happy. I can hear her making fun of me as I walk away from her window with the another client behind me. THIS SHOULD NEVER BE ACCEPTABLE. What I am going through was not funny. My son is travelling with his Dad which we paid a lot of money for in two days and I still don’t have his passport!!!
I was a little worried about wait times after reading all the bad reviews on here. I went in no appointment for a passport renewal on a Friday at 9:15am, and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and overall it was great. Just wanted to share so that you know it's not always bad!nnUpdate: received my passport one week after renewing!
I was expecting long wait times and crappy service with tired and disgruntled employees dealing with repetitive issues due to the postal strike. In fact I had quite the opposite experience when it was my turn at the counter. I want to thank Avery for having the biggest smile and being very informative and helpful. I was able to obtain my passport in time to make the Christmas holidays come together thanks to this employee. Thank you again Avery. I hope you have a Merry Christmas as well:
Avery + Robyn are ***** amazing agents! So helpful. So efficient. So pleasant! Both exemplifying top service and expertise. Everyone was helpful and polite in the office which also made the process go smoothly.
Waited for 2.5 hrs to get my turn. The agent was in a rush because she also wanted to get to others before closing. She didn't scan all the documents until I asked her if she got all the documents. After a month later, I get a call saying the scans THEY did are not eligible and I have to come in again... are you kidding me? No respect for your time.
