Went at 11am and waited less than 10 minutes. Good service, knowledgeable and helpful employee, passport was ready for pickup as promised 9 days later for extra fee.
UPDATE: Feb 25, I received my passport from Canada Post! Very impressed.nnIt’s a federal office issuing Passports - you will be waiting. I brought a book and arrived at 8:50 am and out the door at 9:40 am.nPS/ Don’t go on Mondays or Fridays.nnPay attention to the TV screens when you hear a ding, go to the wicket #. No yelling of numbers - LOVE IT!!

Had to apply for an express service since travel is in 7 days and the people were very helpful.nnLine one verified our documents and answered few basic queries we had, very politely. Line two wait times were reasonable especially since we walked in.nnTip: be polite and greet with a smile and set a positive tone, the person behind the counter would feel extra responsible to get you what you want, a lot of applicants were very rude—be difficult, get difficult. Also if you are walking in then go before or after the lunch hour.nnWill update once I get my passport on time when I receive it.nn—————————Update—————————nPicked up on Jan 24:nnI picked up the passport. It was quick. Whole process seemed swift.
I made a big oversight and needed a passport in 24 hours. A big shout out to Bryan who talked to me on the phone when I first realized my mistake and told me everything I needed to do to get a passport ASAP. All of the staff I dealt with were so kind and reassuring. Nobody made me feel like I was at fault for my mistake even though I 100% was. Hopefully I never need another urgent passport but I’m forever thankful for what these guys pulled off
Had the pleasure of being helped by Avery this morning. She is very friendly, and professional . The client before me was very stressed and unfriendly towards her. I witnessed her calm him down and reassure him that she would help when he returned. She then called me up, and treated me like nothing happened . She helped me pick up my passport and treated me like I was her first customer day.
