Sign on door saying no more services today at 1300 hrs. Went in saw one intake worker 4 empty offices. I was told i wasn't able to see anyone today. There was 1 person waiting. Interesting that the public service increased by more then 150,000 positions since 2015 and you can't walk in and submit a completed passport application. I say mail in only and shut down this location completely. Disgraced Public Service
Top Notch Service. I walked in without an appointment and had to wait a bit, but that was fine. Once seen, the service was helpful and friendly. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and I walked out satisfied. Exemplary Service!!!
Normally I wouldn't give reviews for places like this but I think this merrits one. I was a complicated case for passport renewal, and basically took up 47min honestly let's call it an hour of the agent's time who was helping me. He was patient and helped me get my application done. I am very grateful for him and the others who pitched in and helped. The wait time does suck but what do people expect? It's no secret that these things take time... Just show up early and wait like the others.
Says 0 wait time online and when you drive there -a note on door saying they are all booked up for the day.nWhat's the point of the online wait time if it's not used?!
Short wait time, the lady that processed the passport application was super friendly and helpful. The lady that greets people at the door and takes & supplies basic information to people coming in, didn't know a single thing about what she was doing. The amount of people she confused and/or ticked off was insurmountable. It wasn't a case of people being silly, either...She just repeatedly gave false/inaccurate information, sent people in circles, and so on. She gave me VERY inaccurate information and made inappropriate remarks about personal information that had nothing to do with the application, nor was it any of her business. She just seemed to enjoy making everybody's lives more difficult. I'll be filing a formal complaint, but wanted to warn others of the incompetence of this one employee. Especially if you are senior or disabled, she has no patience and will not answer your questions.
