All of the staff here were absolutely fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk on Friday Sep 26th afternoon is one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met lol. As I was waiting for my turn I could hear the way he was speaking to everyone and how helpful he was with his suggestions to try to help people save time and avoid headaches. Very pleasant experience! Plus this office has free parking which is great too.
I was very nervous because I’m not confident in my English, but the staff here were so kind and processed everything very quickly. I really appreciate it! I don’t know her name, but thanks to the lady with glasses, I was able to get my SIN confirmation letter reissued.nnI heard that the downtown locations usually have long wait times, so I came here even though it’s a bit farther from my home. I arrived around 10:40 and was already finished by 10:48. Thank you again for the great and efficient service!
Thank you Tracy for your expertise, and for explaining the service options at a general Service Canada office vs passport dedicated office. She took the time to review and walk me through my pre-completed forms to make revisions to be fully prepared. It made my visit at the Sundance passport centre an absolute breeze!
I was very impressed by the folks this morning. They are very helpful, pleasant with positive attitude while they are short staffed. The whole office atmosphere is very relaxing. These employees need to be acknowledge with their good works. Keep up the good works, believe me people can see and feel it too.
Today, i met Jimmy, He is one of the officer work there. He is so perfesional, gave me the best help. This is the best office that i ever been. Same his coworker, they are so helpful.
