Worst experience and poor customer service at the front end. Around 11.30pm - 12.30 pm, I came to Service Canada, with my wife, to apply for her SIN on July 07, 2025. The lady who was the counter was so arrogant and behaved with no respect. Not at all tolerated and should not keep people like them, especially at the front end, because people will be denied recieving proper help !
Can't look after their sidewalks to save their life, had a slip and fall injury to my wife, the security guard proceeded to yell and swear at me and my wife about how it's not his responsibility to take care of the sidewalk... it may not be but it is the owner or employees job to make sure... this is disgusting behavior and the security goober will be lucky if he has a job after this....
Just wondering how to contact the Director for Operations of this office or the whole Northern BC executives for Service Canada. I've had a very bad experience in dealing with the Indian guy in front desk. I don't want him to get fired but he needs to do his job properly. The other front guy is good. He made business fast and simple.Wish I have time to comeback and give him a hot coffee.
The two individuals male and female who were working there today were amazing. They did their job swiftly, respectfully and accurately.
We arrived just after 3pm on a Friday and it was quite busy. The two staff members were working hard to help everyone. By the time we were done processing our applications it was 4:30 pm. At no time did the person helping make us feel badly that it was past closing time. She was friendly and courteous and got the paperwork done as quickly as possible. For the complainers, if you can be online to whine you can search for hours of operation.
