Went for my passport renewal - got there at 8:20 am, stood outside in line with about 10 people ahead of me. Doors opened at 8:30 am.nWas done and out the door at 9:08 am!nService was efficient and friendly. The employee who served me, Michelle, was amiable, very friendly, helpful, efficient and pleasant!nIf you complete your application ahead of time and bring everything with you that you need, are prepared, it goes very smoothly and fast!

Today, I went to Service Canada and stood in a long line to renew my passport and CDCP. Finally, it was my turn. Since I only speak a little English, I was a bit worried. The person who helped me was an older woman. However, I no longer needed to worry about the language barrier. Because I simply followed her instructions on the computer, I easily renewed my CDCP. When I inquired about renewing my passport, she printed out the necessary paperwork for me. I had no idea there was someone like her at Service Canada. Her name is Cindy. Cindy, thank you so much

I am not one to ever make reviews or anything but my experience was so horrible if I could give zero I would. I had to go there twice because the ladies at the front desk were so rude and not helpful , they would cut us off I couldn't even ask a question and when I did they didn't answer my question still. Finally by the end of my experience when I was about to give up, there was one staff member , I think her name was Carly , that was extremely nice and helpful if it wasn't for her I would've been a lot more angry.

My wife and I went in for renewals. Showed up way too early thinking there would be a line. 7:45 first people showed up. Once opened, was seated at a desk and getting everything looked over within 5 minutes of being inside. Laura was awesome to deal with. Very professional and quick

Had an awful experience here with Ellen!! Reading through the former reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. Thank you for cutting me off every time I tried to speak, very helpful for problem solving. And another thank you for letting me know you aren’t “passport Canada” just fyi girly you kinda are… that’s ur entire job
