Service Canada Centre

I visited 2 times once for myself and once with my husband. Both our work was done by 2 different ladies and they were very patient and friendly and did our job hassle free. Don’t understand with too many negative comments? If you go there with all the proper documents before 9am , You will be out from there by 9:30am or even before that.... Even if not, they will for sure let you know the requirements.

Do not go here if you need to expedite!!! Though they advertise as a "passport office", hubby was quickly turned away saying "they don't do this". Needed to expedite it, they don't do this service. They suggested that they would look at it, and mail it (which is something any person can do) but that we would have to go to Calgary or Edmonton to have this service. Travelled from an hour and a half away just to be told they don't provide this type of passport service, though it is not disclosed on the website. Thanks for the advice though, that when we go to Calgary now that there might be a long line up. Thanks so much for your diligent help.

Horrible service I am soon expecting my baby as a single mother of 2 and 3rd coming. I applied almost month now no response back yet just that its still in review. they don't care if someone would get homeless because of them can't pay diapers,groceries and formulas for 2 children. They like stealing money from people but when comes to paying the person they try hard not to pay even if the persons life depended on it. Customer service agents are also mean they speak rudely.

Pretty poor service all around about you can expect from a government set up.
