Fantastic service. Calm & polite staff. I dropped off my applications on Tuesday, picked the passports up on Friday. Drove over from Montreal but worth it to avoid the madness over there!!

We had an appointment for a new passport application and the process took 15 minutes. Super fast, no waiting with appointment. We received the passport 2 weeks later. It arrived a week before the scheduled date. In short, great service from the staff and very fast!!!
