There was a bit of a wait due to ongoing maintenance , with limited people allowed in the building.nThe staff was friendly, and on certain days, it can get quite busy. The staff mentioned that mornings are the recommended time for a less busy experience.
Absolutely terrible in person experience. Such a long wait time to even get a number to wait longer. Nine booths and only 3 utilized with representatives. I strongly recommend getting here at 8:30am because by 9 its a circus
I found myself coming here due to limitations in the online system.nI arrived before 9 AM. but still waited over an hour for assistance.nnSecurity personnel are totally inappropriate with their questioning and demeanor. Realistically, who would subject themselves to waiting in line here if they had a viable option ?nnWhen it was my turn to interact with a Service Canada employee, they were helpful and courteous.
The best service centre I've ever been to. Informative staff,polite and very helpful. If only this place was the standard the rest of the offices were held to.
