10 booths but only 2 people working. There was a line up of maybe 50-60 people, a good portion standing because there were no seats available. I got in right when they opened and had to wait 3 hours, and had dozens of people that came in 1-2 hours after me that got to go before me. Absolutely ridiculous, pathetic, do better or hire more people
We used the Lethbridge Centre as a walk-in. The front desk/reception was very helpful and friendly. We were informed of the approximate minute time of one hour and actually got to see an agent after 45 minutes. Trish was fantastic. She was efficient and helpful and really friendly.
I did my temp SIN today. The service was great! 30 minutes of waiting but only 5 minutes of processing The officer at counter 10 was very professional and very kind.
There was a bit of a wait due to ongoing maintenance , with limited people allowed in the building.nThe staff was friendly, and on certain days, it can get quite busy. The staff mentioned that mornings are the recommended time for a less busy experience.
Asked for help navigating a complicated question, explained that the government website was unclear as regards my situation. Clerk attempted to help by reading me that very same website, and then gave me a card with the call centre number on it. I suppose it’s my fault for expecting a government building with people in it to offer any meaningful assistance whatsoever.
