Huge rave to Wanda! My son went to get help getting his passport and he said the lady was so incredible! She was so happy for him to be travelling and was interested in where he was going.he said mom the lady was just awesome! So in a world where customer service has gone way down hill! u rock and still got it going onkeep it up and ty for making my sons experience a good one!
Wanda is GREAT, however the sour faced blonde who works cubicle #4 not Wanda!looked stressed out, hungover and annoyed that she has to interact with people who are going through hardships. Just went to inquire about some information that's not available on the website and was her first client of the day.
Wanda is incredible! I made an appointment ahead of time and was able to receive help with my passport application with less than a 15 minute wait. There were people in the lobby who had been waiting for 2-3 hours already tho so definitely don’t just walk in without an appointment unless you’re going first thing in the morning.
The lady at the front desk is super nice to everybody! Love her! And the lady who assisted me at cubicle #5 is so nice too! I had a little wait but it doesn't matter as they treat all people really nice.
Wow! What amazing service I received today when getting my kids passports reviewed and sent out! I wish I could remember the employees name - she was wonderful! She was at desk 2 and had beautiful blonde curly hair. It is always stressful when filling out passport paperwork and i missed a few things, but she was so kind and understanding and got me to fix them quickly. If you can, book an appointment ahead of time online. I was waiting in the back of the line up outside and when they opened they asked if anyone had an appointment and I got to go straight in!
