Overall, it was a nice experience. The waiting time was reasonable, and the agents handled documents efficiently and professionally. I visited on a Tuesday morning, and the process went smoothly. Friendly service and well-organized overall.
This was my first time here, and I must say I am VERY pleased. Immediately I was kindly greeted. Latoya brought me over to her desk within seconds of me being there and helped me so efficiently!! I was confused with some things so she guided me through it all and took her time to explain everything by the computers. That woman needs a raise! Dave was very pleasant and greeted everyone with a super enthusiastic attitude. Thank you to this team for making it such a positive experience. 5 stars hands down
The set up and noise level is unacceptable. I was able to clearly hear the conversation going on at the desk beside me. The staff were very good but whoever designed this space should be fired.
I had a great experience at Service Canada in London. One of the employees, Dev, provided outstanding service. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the process and made sure all my questions were answered.
Update: I have been to this office many times and it has always been amazing-kind, professional, and efficient. Today, that changed. Tall, semi balding man was cold and unhelpful. Instead of asking me how he could help, he kept on asking me what I wanted, as if I knew all that was possible. He was very cold and it felt like he was just trying to get rid of me. Very disappointed and I will ask not to have him next time. All other visits have been amazing.nnInitial review: Great service. I love that you don’t get a number-the agents come out and call your name. It’s so human!!!
