Great experience. Everything went flawlessly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was there as per my appointment schedule & it was right on time. All staff I encountered were very pleasant & knowledgeable.
The nicest and hardest working service Canada I have ever set foot in. The staff was kind and amazing Angela, Louis, Sue, and Julie, worked so hard for us. Absolutely loved their hard work and help.
My wife & I renewed our passports this morning. The staff were friendly & accommodating & we were out in 40 minutes. A job well done.

Disappointing Service ExperiencennI had a highly disappointing experience. Despite arriving promptly for my appointment at 9 AM and being informed of a 2-hour wait, I ended up waiting until the 4 PM closing time without receiving any service.nnThe explanation provided was that they were calling out of order to accommodate multiple services, which resulted in further delays and frustration. The lack of organization and adherence to scheduled appointment times was evident and extremely disappointing.
