Just took our passport renewals in to the Lindsay Service Canada office. I had read really good things about this office. They were excellent. We dealt with a really kind agent named Julie. She took us right away, checked our forms, entered everything into her system, gave us back our old passports and gave us an estimated arrival date. We were in and out in less than half an hour. I DO NOT MISS the days of waiting in long lines and overcrowded reception rooms in Toronto.
Went in just before lunch mid-week and the lady that checks you in didn’t get her name was very honest with me telling me they were short-staffed and it wouldn’t be worth waiting that day. I asked to use the washroom before my 45 minute drive home and before I came out she was already booking me an appointment for 2 days later.nAlli was the lady who processed my two passport applications was so sweet and helpful.nNot what you typically would expect from a Government office. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit here again if I needed to. Very pleasant experience!
I got there at 12 but they were on lunch till 12:30. It was well worth the wait the people were friendly and helpful we were second in line and were served very quickly and all of our questions were answered and all of our applications were filled out and checked ver quickly. Kim the lady at the front desk that logged you in was amazing and the lady at the desk three was also amazing I just didn’t get her name thank you so much for a great experience Service Canada.
I had an appt at 2pm for passport renewal, I showed up at 1:45pm and my application and process completed by 2pm. Staff is very knowledgeable and promptly responded for all my questions and concerns. I couldn’t believe my application processed within 15 minutes.I had a best and pleasant experience in this Service Canada location. Kudos to all the staff members including the Security Guard. She was very friendly.
No wait time at all, staff were knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly and helpful. Very good experience! Thank you!
