Customer service was pretty ok. The driving instructors on the other hand are god awful. Nothing about the driving test is fair, and it seems like they just fail students no matter what. They don’t even take the time to tell the students whether they passed or failed at the end. The backed up booking times are directly cause by this and it needs to be fixed asap.

Went to service bc today. Nilan is an amazing person to deal with. Her customer service is above and beyond. He is so polite and very helpful. He deserves raise. Thanks Nilian once again for such an amazing customer service.

Awful service. I don't know what it is with female government service workers but they don't want to ever do their job. Annoying. Can't get any help with anything. Should quit their jobs if they don't want to do them.

Booked road test at 8:35am. Waited since 8am till 8:35am, no one came out to check. I knocked on the door and waved at people inside, they just looked and walked away.nCame back at 9am they told me no one was waiting outside… check the camera.. the new guy was nice but the lady was very rude towards me told me to just come back later

The people working at this location are some of the most down to earth, personable, and helpful professionals in the valley. A great place to go if you are not one for waiting on hold.nnGoogle asked me today if anything has changed since my original visit. The exact same crew is still holding the line, bettering their community, and still putting up with us!
