This is now the third time I’ve visited the Sephora in Vaudreuil, and unfortunately, my experience has been the same every time: very little effort from the staff to assist customers.nnIt honestly feels like the employees avoid making eye contact because once they do, they know they’ll have to help someone. I’ve also noticed other reviews mentioning similar experiences, which makes me wonder why management hasn’t addressed this or made any improvements.nnToday, I went in around 5:00 p.m. The store was relatively empty, yet there were at least 6–7 employees standing together in a circle talking amongst themselves. I approached one employee because I needed help finding a foundation and asked if she could assist me with a shade match.nnShe tried two shades, neither of which matched. She then apologized and told me she wasn’t experienced with foundation matching. I completely understand that not every employee will be an expert at everything, but what was disappointing was that she didn’t try to find another employee who could help. Instead, she simply walked into the back room and left me there.nnI ended up leaving without purchasing anything.nnI’m not expecting every employee to know everything, but I do expect basic customer service — especially at a beauty store where customers are often specifically coming in for help and expertise. If an employee isn’t comfortable with foundation matching, the obvious solution should be to find someone who is.nnAfter three visits with essentially the same experience, I unfortunately won’t be going back to this location. Sephora management really needs to take a closer look at the customer service at this store.
I was assisted by Linda today and she was exceptional!! very kind and knew what she was talking about/what I was looking for. She helped me pick out a gift for my mom and was so patient with her, making sure she was happy with her decision. She also helped in surprising her after the gift was bought and it made my mom so happy! I will definitely be back. She also seemed very helpful to others and offered us different perspectives on the fragrances which really helped.nThank you so much Linda for the efficient, welcoming, and kind service!!!
Charley is the best!! Every time I have ever come in she has always gone above and beyond to help me find exactly what I want while also suggesting other great products. Not to mention her makeup talent, so so so amazing!! The team at sephora Vaudreuil is always extremely helpful and has overall great vibes.
I shopped at sephora for the first time and I must say the service was amazing! I was fortunate to be assisted by Katia and I would like to say her patience, expertise and kindness towards me was so amazing. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain all of my needs, it is rare for me to encounter such amazing service, you could really tell she knew what she was talking about!nShe explained to me the makeup workshop as I was having a hard time remembering all the steps, so I booked a workshop with her and it was incredible! She really took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed to meet my expectations, while also providing even more tips and ideas to go beyond what I had imagined. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, patient, and passionate makeup artist.ni am now able to do my makeup everyday with the right products and techniques, I couldn’t be more grateful!nI will definitely be back! The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and expertise; although I did not find my desired item, the representative proficiently recommended alternative products with comparable effects.
