I am so touched by the kindness, effort and care that was put into my visit today. I came in because i had my purse stolen along with all my Make up, phone, id's, etc. Dima was extraordinary and helped me to find replacements for my lost items and even gave me a gift Make up bag full of samples and a family and friends discount! I am beyond touched by the sincerity and generosity. Thank you everyone and especially Dima! You made my whole week
I have been a loyal Sephora customer for over five years, and I always look forward to their birthday gift. However, my recent visit to the this branch was disappointing. I went in to collect my birthday gift, but I was told that a Gucci Flora gift sample on display could not be given out, despite it being visible & she said this is gonna be out of stock for a month so whats the point displaying that Additionally, I was denied a free sample, which was previously a common practice at Sephora. This experience not only left me frustrated but also impacted my birthday celebration negatively. I hope Sephora can address these issues to maintain the high standards of customer service they are known for.
Lately the customer service experience is deteriorating at this location. I do a lot of shopping here. Today’s visit left the bad taste. Nobody came to ask how we were doing. I made some eye contact with people working here but they just overlooked and ignored us. Meantime I could see the sales associates chit chatting between themselves. It would have been nice if any one of them offered to see if we needed help or any suggestions was required. At the register when I was asked if anyone helped, I told the person that none offered to help or ask how if we needed any assistance. Her reply was that they are short in staff but from what I saw there were staff chatting personal chat between themselves in the middle of store. Hopefully the customer service experience improves where customers feel welcomed. I have seen other bad reviews in regards to customer service from past but seems like no improvement action was implemented. When helping any client, I feel appreciated as because of them we have job.
the first friendly sephora in bc, filled with employees who care for eachother and the business they’re supporting. typically as a dude i’m not helped out until i reach the cologne section, but i was swarmed from the start like a hot guy at the club.nthank you especially to the new transfer worker from halifax, i never got your name.nnmy partner’s birthday was yesterday and she loved her gifts picked out by everyone in the store. i cannot put to words how lovely of a team this is.nif i was into makeup and skincare, or if i was in a position to just endlessly spoil my partner, i’d only shop here for hours on end. but instead i leave this review in hopes others can throw some money in this store’s direction as well.
I was at Sephora shopping for a lipstick from Sephora collection and the staff I asked for assistance was so rude, her name is Gurleen. All I asked “how come you guys don’t stock the shades on the shelf” she responded with “someone else will help you with that” I then replied with “can you not assist me?”, she proceeded to lie and say “oh I’m on my break” I said “looks like your shopping”, as she proceeds to open the drawer at the bottom and pick out products. She then had the audacity to say “yes I’m shopping for myself.” 2 mins later while I was checking out at the register, I see her working at the till. Such a horrible experience, will not be back at this location.
