Very unimpressed right now got a letter June 2 saying my insurance was being cancelled as I can go for the regular market been calling and calling to see about my new quotes for different company’s to renew. Was told I’d get a email by end of week wasn’t until June 14 when I called the 3rd time I was told they don’t send it over to renewal team till 30 days I’m still waiting for an email back about my options and I now have three weeks left to look at options to pick my new policy and save up the money for my policy aswell as paying my monthly bills for the beginning of July Very dissatisfied
After an absolutely awful experience with the company, I made a poor google review and was immediately reached out to by Holly Bosnell, to help remedy the situation and see what she could do. The customer service I received by Holly was amazing and helped change my outlook on the company. The only issue I have, is it took me making an awful review, for all of this to be taken care of, but they fixed the situation immediately and for that I am grateful.
Great experience using Sentinel Risk for our business insurance. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions you may have. Very happy with the services provided and would definitely recommend for personal or business.
