Absolutely beautiful view .is about 1 hour and 15 min from Montréal.Lots of parking available on the site or nearby. I had to park in front of Mont Blanc about 3 km from the place and the shuttle if free of charge ; if you want to go to the top then the entrance is 30$+ tax per person. Restaurant and boutique available, the restaurant is affordable with sandwiches, soup, and main dishes, coffee, teas and wine available. Great selection and very clean. Once you pay for the entry you walk outside right on the wooden passage that takes you on top of the trees you can either take the stairs or the elevator. This passage is very high in some places the wooden passage passes over the trees. Easy to walk 11 levels and is breathtaking. Absolutely recommend this attraction
Short version: It was fine. My family from out of town enjoyed themselves for a couple of hours and that's what's important. Long version: It was horrible. I thought I was being clever coming at lunchtime on a Monday. I thought it would be empty. It was absolutely packed. Had to wait on the side of the road for 30 minutes just to get onto the site. Once we managed to get into a parking spot and pay for the privilege, there was a line to get into the building. The two cashier's were painfully slow. Other employees walked up and down the line harranguing everyone to pay online. As far as I could tell, paying online doesn't get you around the line to get into the building. It just saves the employees some work. It's hard to tell though as there is no signage. There was also a long, very slow wait for the two small, gender neutral bathrooms. Once we paid our entrance fee and exited the building onto the elevated walkway, there was never a single moment when we were free from crying, sobbing, whining, screaming children and their screaming moms. If I hadn't paid such an exorbitant entrance fee, I would have returned to my nice quiet car before I even made it to the base of the tower. To be fair, I probably would have enjoyed myself if there was about 80% fewer people as the tower itself is pretty cool. However, for me, no attraction is worth putting up with those kind of lines and badly behaved crowds. If you are a dad being dragged here by your family, I strongly suggest seeing if you can get away with waiting in the car. You will save forty bucks and possibly some of your sanity.
Little expensive but worth it. A pleasant walk from front office till watch tower, Great place to see fall colors with breathtaking 360 degree view from the watch tower. My kid enjoyed playing on the trampoline on top of the watch tower.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYes
About 1.5 drive from Montreal, tickets are $29 plus tax, a bit pricey. The leafs in the Fall season are gorgeous. The parking are full full. You have to park at Mont Blanc and take a school bus over. It’s a very nice walk on the bridge and at the top of the tower is a trampoline, all the kids love it.
Really wonderful walk and views all along the way. I also love that this attraction is fully accessible. Took one star off because I do think it’s a bit pricey for what it is and having to pay for parking on top of the entry fee. Would also suggest going early. I arrived not long after it opened and the parking lot was already filling up. As I was leaving just before lunch time, there was a line up of cars on the road waiting to park. Overall, lovely experience, but could be priced a bit less, and perhaps could benefit from timed entry to manage the amount of cars/people.
The hike and tower are nice and offer good views of the area around. The staff were all friendly and the facilities were well maintained. But the price was pretty expensive $80 for 2 adults and 2 under 18s, for what was a 1hour visit. Cute but somewhere I’d only do onceVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
What a marvel! Spectacular views that are always changing with the weather and sunlight. I see some reviews complaining about the price but it’s totally worth it. If you live in Quebec just get the yearly pass - the vision, engineering, views… just amazing! I love that they built a world-class attraction that’s simply about enjoying nature. It’s really neat that the whole trail is many meters above the forest canopy. You get fantastic scenery on the way up, then the views just keep getting better as you make your way up the tower and then you get to the top and it’s like Wow! Really great concept and supremely executed in my opinion - and wheelchair accessible. Hats off to everyone involved in building this. Staff are super friendly as well! No trip to the Laurentians is complete without a visit.
A short, hour-ish driver from Laval to an ok walk. The walk itself took about 20 mins to get to the top so don’t expect to get in a workout or for it to feel like a hike. The views were beautiful as well as the foliage. The location is very well kept and there is a restaurant, outdoor picnic area and place for kids to play. I went on a weekday and it wasn’t busy at all however, I could image on weekends, it could quickly get packed. Tickets are $29+tx AND you have to pay for parking. Was the walk enjoyable? Yes. Was it worth the cost? Meh, no. I’d probably only go again if I had people from out of town.
Treetop walkway opened July 2022, step free from the car park, leading to astonishing spiral tower with 360 degree views. Wheelchair access to top of the tower! Cargo net at the top covers the centre of the tower for the fearless to walk on. Gift shop and cafe. Allow two hours to top. Car park fee based on time.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Easy walk but for those that can't, there is an elevator to take you up to the elevated walkway. Pleasant way to spend a couple of hours. But do recommend packing a lunch. Lots of picnic tables, and fireplaces to enjoy. Restaurant food is limited and pricey.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
