Sempix Dave McLeod was very accommodating both with picking up and returning my box of slides right to my door. Explained the process, followed up afterwards, and answered each and every question I had. It will be so nice to view these anytime we want now as it had become impossible to find replacement bulbs for the projector, as well as storage of this box full of carousels in the best environment to try to preserve them. The 1700+ slides turned out very well and it gives us the peace of mind to know that there will be no further fading, can be viewed for years to come easily. These guys SAVED MY FAMILY CHRISTMAS!! they worked so hard, and got my parents slides and old films done before christmas, as a gift to my parents. not only were they super helpful, and easy to talk to but Dave actually came and looked through all the old slides i had and gave me a great price on them. this will be my go to for all my family's digital and photo needs. The experience of transferring almost 200 family slides was easy, efficient and very pleasant. Dave picked them up from me and dropped them off just over a week later. Now I've made them into a photo book - e voila!! Thank you Dave and Sempix!!

The Sempix team quickly digitized over 1,800 3.5 mm slides dating back to the 1970s and 80s, turning them around just before the busy holiday period and delivering the slides and a usb directly. The results were high quality and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them for corporate or personal digitization needs.

I had a photo that was nearly 100 years old. It had faded and had mold on it. Sempix did a great job cleaning up the photo. When I picked up the photo, it felt like something wasn’t quite right. After thinking on it for a few weeks I figured out what was wrong and called David. He was happy to fix the issue and quickly gave me the re-done photo. I got three versions of the photo - two sepias and a black and white. The quality and service provided by Sempix were well worth it. This rating should be a 4.5 as my only complaint was that they were sometimes not very prompt with responding to emails.
