Crystal is thoughtful, compassionate, and a good listener to her clients’ needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body’s structures, movement, and what course should be taken to improve your weakened situation. I have been a patient with Select Physical Therapy through several knee and foot surgeries, and back strengthening in the last 5 years. Most importantly, she wants feedback on how you are doing and tailors the exercises to your needs that day, but also with the thought towards your future goals. She balances those needs very well and explains when one can push themselves and when it would be best to rest. I feel very comfortable in her care.
Travis and Kate at Select Physical Therapy in Harwich, MA are excellent physical therapists. I have been to many physical therapists over the years and Travis and Kate are the best at what they do. Mary at the front desk always has a smile on her face and makes you feel right at home. This is a small physical therapy practice so you will get one on one attention from your therapist and you will not feel like just another number. Every session has different exercises so you are not doing the same exact thing every time you go. I had a bad experience at another physical therapy practice and when I came here it was like a breath of fresh air. I can't explain in words how grateful I am for everything they have done for me. Select Physical Therapy gave me my life back.
Crystal listens to the needs of her patients and works with them to accomplish their goals. She cares about her patients and gives them personalized attention. Highly recommend.

The Physical Therapists are top flight! I have treated with them for different problems on more than one occasion and I have felt a marked improvement because of their care. The facility is bright and clean. The front desk is very professional and knowledgeable. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and positive. I feel that the people there care about how I feel and take the time with me that I need to make an excellent recovery. It is a happy place to be! I highly recommend it as a place to go to be cared for.
Select Physical Therapy was recommended by a friend it is the first time in years that I have had the need for any PT. Currently I have a shoulder problem Impingement I have only had a few visits with Travis I find that I am having a very favorable outcome I am following the Internet on line exercise regime with two visits per week to the office and my shoulder is greatly improved. The internet program has been very helpful, I have 4 videos that walk me through the correct way to do the exercises. It help to see the live demonstration while I am at home.
I tried another physical therapy place near by for my shoulder injury and I was disappointed with the overall experience so I tried select physical therapy. Kate was my therapist and she does a great job listening to you and tailoring the therapy to your particular needs. I appreciated her "big picture" approach to my shoulder injury. Not only did she look at the shoulder but all my body mechanics and gave me a good plan to work on at home to improve and maintain good health. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Cheers.
No one wants to go to PT but it is often the best solution to a physical health issue you may have. Choosing a facility that has technicians that are skilled and knowledgeable are key. Select Physical Therapy and Kate meet these demands and I would highly recommend them.
As a new patient, I actually enjoyed my first visit to Select Physical Therapy in East Harwich. It was easy to set-up the visit, and I received a first-rate evaluation of the problem I was having. The therapist was highly knowledgeable and really listened when I was describing the problem. She customized a very practical exercise program for me, and I am already starting to feel the benefits. The staff were all pleasant, upbeat and caring and I would definitely recommend them.
I have been to Select PT for at least four separate therapy courses over the last few years. I have always been treated with dignity and effective professionalism. While all of the staff has been welcoming and helpful, I would single out Crystal MacCharles for the work she has done for me. Even when the room is busy, I always feel I have her complete attention. I've always felt I received an accurate diagnosis and recovery plan. Basically, I trust Crystal.
