We usually have good service and good food but today the food was not great. We were there when it opened at eight With no lines. WenOrdered the maple sausage sandwich. The Sandwich was greasy and there was grease on my plate. The home fries We're far from home fries. They were warm mush. We were on a timeline to get back home so we didn't send it back. That happened this morning September 22nd. So whoever the cook was probably needs to be spoken to.
I started going to Selah about 4 years ago when we opened an office near there.nnThe atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and spacious.nnThe food is fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and scrumptious. This is consistent. I can attest to this being that I come here several times per month.nnThe service is kind, attentive, genuine, and hospitable.nn5 stars everyday of the week.
The food is very good and the coffee is very good as well. The problem with this place is the service. It absolutely horrible. The person taking the order at the register is extremely slow and made numerous mistakes on my order. The line backs up and they are completely oblivious. I waited a long time for my food and when it came my brothers was wrong. They took my brothers back and did not bring it back. I was completely finished and still he had no food. I finally went to the counter to ask and they gave me his food but was ice cold and still wrong.nJust a horrible experience!!!!!
I really like this place. Both times I’ve been here I have really enjoyed the atmosphere and my food and drink! They have a nice tea selection and it comes in a nice French press pot. It could use some divided cozy spaces but is great for what it is!
I've had some really good espresso drinks here and just tried a breakfast sandwich and that was great too. I really like the atmosphere here. Big beautiful windows and high ceilings make it feel very open and airy. They seem a little shorthanded which is the only reason I gave four stars. The person at the counter was both in charge of orders, making drinks, and running the food. The person cooking was also running food. Having to jump between jobs like that makes employees stressed and decreases quality. Still an excellent experience and would recommend, but hope that in summer they keep two people working out front.
