Story

Our mission is to take a genuine interest in our clients, understand their objectives and meet or exceed their expectations. We dedicate ourselves to these values. Family law can be tricky, family matters can quickly become contentious due to the depth of emotions being experienced. We get it... and strongly believe that our role is to assist individuals in reaching amicable settlements regarding the most important aspects of their lives. Preservation of relationships is our goal and we want our clients to feel they have ownership over the agreement reached.

We also practice Corporate Law and Wills & Estate Planning. When it comes to your business and assets we believe that keeping your ass (ets) covered and your wishes protected is crucial.

Unlike my decision the process of my divorce was quite involved. Paule was always clear, concise and approachable throughout the process. It's not about winning but having someone that has a complete knowledge of the divorce and family law acts; in turn providing you with the best possible outcome. That's indeed what she delivered. We had a difficult out of province custody and order of protection case. I spoke with different Kelowna law firms who advised that they would not be able to help but when I spoke with Paule she felt that she would be able to help and although nothing is guaranteed, she felt she would be successful. Paule is a tough and very direct lawyer. She thinks outside of the box and comes up with great ideas. We ended up having to go to the Supreme Court of B.C. and Paule was organized and precise when presenting our case including having the case law to show how the B.C. court could have jurisdiction to rule on a custody case from out of Province. The B.C. court made the order. I would highly recommend Paule.

Paule and all of the staff at Seeger Law were truly amazing. They have changed our life for the better and we could not have don't it without her. My biggest fear in life has now been removed and I truly owe it to Paule. I highly higly recommend Paule for anything you need, she is amazing! She got things done, she never left us wondering or with high hopes, she also came through on what she said she would do and she was very personal .

I called to get some very broad information as to what is required for an adult adoption. They would not give me even the basic information (general timeline, general cost & what is required) without a $250 consultation. I live 2 hours away from them and this would mean a ton of travel to have a cosultation and not have proper documentation because they won't tell me what I need.
