I really miss the old location if this is the same store that was on yonge street originally. The staff there was amazing but I can't speak for the new place as I haven't been there

Curb side pick up is very confusing . The website doesn’t show what they have available in stock at the store .

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful and knowledgeable employee by the name of Kendra. She took her time helping me with all my questions and aided me in finding exactly what I was looking for. I encourage her employers to take note of my positive review. :

Rude staff, will not let you try on shoes unless you are going to buy them. Made us feel rushed to buy and like we were burdening them by asking. You are better off going to any other location.

Always feel comfortable coming into the store. The girls are very informative when answering questions and even bring up other things one didn't even consider.

The cashier was extremely helpful and very kind, most places could learn a thing or two about customer service from these guys
