This is a great place to go and catch up with friends or old co workers. Staff is super friendly and drinks are made with love. The ambiance in here is amazing, feels warm and cozy. Perfect for the cold winter evenings. I always get Half regular hot chocolate and half white hot chocolate and I love it. The points system is a plus, since I'm always at a second cup, I'd accumulated enough points for 5 free drinks in 2017.

I usually come to this cafe since I've come to Canada on Nov. Found that it's the most comfortable and relax coffee shop in Brampton. Staff are friendly, always welcome. I once order Frappes (iced blend coffee) , it was terrible. Not sure if it because that staff don't know how to make it properly or it's just like that originally. But I often drink Americano or fresh brew, which I think it's good.

I love this place very much. All the barista's are very friendly and make the the effort to know you and ur drinks and the owner is also enjoyable. I will continue to enjoy my coffee there.!!! ☺😊☺😊☺😊

I will NEVER come to this location again, and considering that I am a regular at this store,that's saying something. Basically this morning I go to the store (with my McDonald's tea in had, which has NEVER been a problem before) hoping to buy a breakfast sandwich. Low and behold I don't have my wallet with me, so I put the sandwich back and sit down at one of the empty tables. So now the lady working there, cashes out 3 people,and after they leave, goes to the counter where the food is and COUNTS THE SANDWICHES! She counted the food to make sure I didn't steal it. Then, she turns to me to say I have to leave because there's no outside food allowing the store. I have NEVER had a problem with bringing outside drinks in the store before. And to my knowledge there is no sign stating that policy. I am highly disappointed in this store and their service. They just lost the business of both myself and my coworkers. And now Starbucks will be getting our money. So disappointed.
