I ordered two hot drinks which were great. We also got muffins which were fine. Unfortunately, the chocolate croissant was completely uncooked. The bottom side was actually still sticky raw dough.
The coffee is always good, flavors are nice and I’ve never had an issue with my order. Cafe is usually clean. Service is often slow, not enough staff or they are chatting amongst each other. One time I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 10 minutes in the store after.
The supervisor/manager Myrielle, has awful management/customer service skills. On March 7th, they charged my daughter twice on her debit card and argued with her day of order that she had to wait for a few days for $20 refund to go back on her debit cardeven though she never inserted it for a refund. I went back next day to try explain to thembeing in customer service industry for 26 yearsthat she would have had to insert or tap for a refund and they said they knew better and it would go back on in a few days. I explained that was the case with credit but not debit. 2 weeks later, no refund yet so I went in again to talk to Myrielle. Didn’t even get a hello let alone an apology. Gave me the money and turned away. TERRIBLE customer service! I suggest the owners maybe talk to her about how important customer service is in a cafe industry! Will not be back!
There was a long hair inside of my boyfriends drink. First and last time coming here. I took a picture i wish i could include.
I ordered a sandwich from here. Years ago this was my favourite place to go for sandwiches and coffee. The last coffee I had was so-so but the sandwich I just had was terrible. It was a “Pesto & Egg” sandwich. I rarely won’t eat a thing but this I couldn’t stomach. It was an egg with spinach and a VERY light spread of pesto between two pieces of greasy pieces of flat bread. It was a poor taste combination that lacked flavour and creativity. For $5.50 I expected a LOT more. To compare, I went to Italian market and got a croissant breakfast sandwich with egg, lots of ham, tomato, and proper seasoning for $6.50 from their deli.
Asked for a half sweet drink and got it double sweet. This is like an 8 day streak for bad drinks. Usually it's JUST lumpy soy milk, today the soymilk wasn't chunky which is exciting on its own, but the drink is definitely at least double sweet. I let the ice melt, poured out some and added soy milk and it's still sweet like cotton candy.
Dropped by this sunday morning and the coffee was great! A staff named Michael I dont know if I heard him right,I think his philippino made a great job on my caramel latte. My sister loved the mini heart on her latte when she opened her cup, instantly made her day hence the 5 star
Just left this location, the 2 guys one named Jun the other with glasses dropped my cup before the blender was done mixing and placed tge cup infront of the blender. Didn't throw the cup out and get a new one. We had to tell them not to use the cup he dropped on the floor and he gave me a dirty look like i was inconveniencing him. I am absolutely disgusted! What a trashy location, 2 guys both didn't have the common sense to get a new cup. I can't imagine what they do when it's people ordering in the drive thru, I was at the counter and saw exactly what happened. Time to clean house and get new staff!
The service was 5++ thanks Junel! Our drinks where made to perfection, the muffins where great as well.
4 cars in drive thru and had to wait 15 minutes. Have enough staff on to support a drive thru.
