I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience that I had at your establishment on Tuesday. While I have visited many coffee shops in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and customer service that I received at your shop. One thing that particularly impressed me was the fact that you did not try to kill the fruit flies that were hovering over the bananas. As someone who is environmentally conscious and against the use of pesticides, I was pleasantly surprised to see that you were taking a humane and eco-friendly approach to dealing with the flies. It is small gestures like this that make a big difference in the customer experience, and I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your commitment to sustainability and animal welfare. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I look forward to visiting your shop again in the future.
We just went through the drive-thru in the evening. After both of us having to make a third different drink choice, the hot chocolates were awesome. I've come here a couple times and they seem to be out of at least one thing we want to order, which is a good problem to have for them. I would be prepared to maybe have a couple choices in mind, just in case, especially in the evening. Whatever you do end up going with, it will definitely be satisfying!

I was heading to Starbucks this morning but I missed my turn and decided to try Second Cup instead. I think I found my new coffee place! I love the cost atmosphere and tasty drinks
Wittnessed several staff touching the till with no gloves on then making drinks with out washing hands. Not a clean or covid worry free environment.Food: 4/5
All positive for the Second Cup..they can make you almost any type of hot coffees you order..I have always had good experiences with Second Cup..staff are always friendly.
Staff are extremely friendly and are happy to serve and make the experience of shopping worth while. This shop should train other places here in town. Worth the trip every time!
Did someone say frozen hot chocolate??? This is an all-time favorite beverage and sharing them with co-workers and others is sure to bring delighted oohs and ahhs... not to mention the construction workers down the street who eyed them with apparent longing. Hint: Lesson learned, buy a few extras to give away!. Second Cup makes the best frozen hot chocolates! Ever!
