A young blonde girl made me the best latte I’ve ever had last night and I think she deserves praise. If you see this , thanks for always being so kind and making great drinks! The girl with green curly hair is great too but I haven’t seen her for a while, I hope to be served by them both again in the future! 10/10 Staff, drinks , and atmosphere!
Eggnog latte was very sweet. Could not finish it which is very sad as I like sweet things typically and I LOVE eggnog lattes. My mom couldn't finish her's either. The cinnamon roll however was mouth watering. The atmosphere in this particular location is so awkward. I'm not a fan. Anyone who doesn't like being crowded or closed in would not like. It's very tight
I love second cup and they usually make delicious drinks but the last two times I went; it was not good. Ice latte was not very tasty, and the frocho was literally tasteless. There was barely any flavour which sucks. Maybe there’s new staff? I don’t know, but they need to revise some Of their drinks..
Cannot comment on food or service as we were told there was a 45 minute wait time. I have never been patient to stand in line and wait for food so we went elsewhere

Nice place for a quick coffee in morning. Different coffees in menu, Though am old school coffee with milk & sweetener.
Not a lot of choice when you don't drink coffee. Went at the end of the evening so took our drinks to the mall seating. The store, on closing had lots of food left in the refrigerated area. When the staff left I saw mice running around just inside the doorway! Will not be back.
They just completed renovations on this location, so there is all new equipment, seating, and signage. They have also added on a Slow Bar where you can get pour over coffee. As nothing else has changed staff- or ownership-wise, this location of Second Cup is still the best place on this end of Bedford to get a nice cup of coffee specialty or otherwise.

Second Cup is the GOAT corporate coffee shop. Wish there were more across the province
