This Second Cup location is my favorite. The owners are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I have been going there for a couple of years now and it is great that they will remember your name and your favorite order down to the details. I always enjoy their conversations with me and they are always ready to go over and above the service that you would normally receive at a typical coffee shop. The coffee is great and I am obsessed with the almond croissants. If you are looking for a quiet place to study, and enjoy some time alone or with a couple of friends I would highly recommend this place.
Always a great experience at this coffee shop! The owner is friendly, he was able to tell me different options for a cold coffee drink. I took a iced caramel correto and it was delicious. I also got a chocolatine that he warmed up for me, which I thought was really nice of him. My husband comes there more often than me and he always tells me he loves to get his coffee there. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a coffee date!
What a rude and disappointing experience!! My husband and I went for coffees and a little treat. I ordered a scone and it was incredibly stale. I told the young man behind the counter that the scone was inedible and his immediate reaction was to tell me I was being disrespectful and that everyone "loves" their scones. I work in the food industry and if a customer tells me something is inedible I thank them for the input and do my utmost to apologize and rectify the situation. I certainly don't criticize the customer for their opinion. I told the young man my intention was not to be disrespectful but to advise him that the product he gave me was terrible. He told me I was yelling and telling all the customers that his food was bad and that I came into his store all "riled up". The whole thing was very rude and quite frankly ridiculous. After all the insults he tried to give me my money back or exchange the product. We left our coffees and treats and the money behind. I'm never going back here. Don't get into the food business if you can't handle a critique about the products you sell.
Coming here for a coffee or treat is always a delight. I recommend their Pistachio Latte & Almond Croissant. The owner and staff are very kind and knowledgeable about their selection of coffees. You'll always be satisfied with their service and products, whether it's for a quick stop or a sit down with a friend.
I always come in to do a lot of work here, the place is quiet, very clean, great coffee choices and the owner is always here, serves with a smile and is extremely kind. Definitely would recommend !
Best coffee shop ever. Coffee is always on point. We are greeted with a smile and respect. The owner is simply amazing he knows every customers name as well as their orders by heart. I highly recommend you make a pit stop.
So grateful that this family worked so hard during COVID to be a safe and reliable place to be open. The level of customer service is unmatched, I highly recommend this location. Highway robbery, pastry and coffee for 16 dollars, unrealistic they even cut up the pastry smaller than the last time, and doubled the price. Hey second time mean last time, that I go there, really not good.Food: 2/5

WOW, to be honest the best coffee shop I’ve been at in a long time. Their caramel latte, my fav drink they never sees to surprise me. Best customer service no lie! Best pastries ever for your morning coffee, highly recommended for quiet and work environment. DON’T MISS OUT ON THE BEST COFFFEEE!!!!!!!
