I found my broker to be most helpful and accommodating when my mobile home was written off from a flood due to frozen pipes several years ago. i received adequate funds to rebuild my home , so it could be lived in and sold at a later date. Probably the worst business experience ever was dealing with Mike Fawkes and Sechelt insurance and their assorted gang of bumbling fools. Not professional, totally incompetent and shamefully dishonest. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from these thieves!! Believe me, I had to find out the hard way.
