The super market is located at the bottom level inside the mall.nIt's my first time shopping here and I loved it.nThe super market is clean and they have a big selection of fish, meat and fresh produce.nThe prices are really decent.nYou'll find everything you need here.nI'll be back when I'm in the area.
May 2021 a decent sized Asian supermarket offering a variety of different foods. A very good selection of products in the aisles. The meat section isn't bad nor is the seafood. The frozen section might have some decent deals once in a while. Underground Parking is free for 3 hours while shopping, but you need to put in your license plate information. Surface parking is limited and is only 20 mins.
Came here this evening to grab a few items Food Basics didn’t have.nnPros: one stop shop for everything. They have a LOT of stuff. Veggie and fruit selection was abundantnnCons: messy store, eggs were stacked high in 30s packaging but not refridgerated?? I was trying to find some chicken wings and thought they had it in the meat windows, tried to speak Cantonese, mandarin and wiped out Google Translate because I got frustrated. The meat guy pointed to the fridges. Some meats looked alright but others were defrosting despite being in the fresh section?nPrices weren’t cheaper than other Chinese grocery stores in the area. I’m curious to know if they rotate their products.
First time coming here and place is located underground which is great during rainy days. Their selection is extensive and great prices! Would definitely recommend coming here.
I just bought some frozen beef short rib from this store this evening. The package was weighted as 3.2 pounds at the meat process section, and was cut to slices. When it was weighted again at cashier, it was only 2.83 pounds. I asked the cashier why was that, the cashier told me the weight reduced due to the cut. I don;t understand why there was almost 0.4 pounds difference as the package was totally frozen. The cashier told me I should raise the question when I was at the meat process section. I had no choice but paid for 3.2 pounds for actually 2.83 pounds. The price per pound was $8.99, which was labeled as special price...LOL .. As a customer for over 4 years of this store, I am wondering what should I do to make sure I can get what I am supposed to get there...by the way, they charged me extra items before couple of times which I did not buy years ago ..
