Wow, what a great experience we had purchasing our new fridge. It was a phenomenal price and fit our families needs perfectly. Thanks to the sales guys for providing great service and recommendations! Also the delivery guys were absolutely top notch. They were careful and attentive to ensure the fridge arrived and was installed without compromising our home or the fridge. Very friendly and followed covid guidelines while in our place, making it a safe transaction. Kudos to the whole team!!

Jason is a fantastic sales men. He is not pushing and is given a lots of amazing , helpful advice . He is patient and resourceful. The delivery men's have been fantastic. I purchased this year in Jan a fridge , and in May for my parents all the appliances and never had any issues. This time I am confused what is happening. I do not mind the dent and scratch however this washing machine we purchase smells like was used and is shows is used. You see between door hinges the old dirt and someone hair. Do they mixed up my machine with someone else? I don't understand what is happening. All past appliences we purchase has been new and smell new just outside was scratch and dent. I am really puzzled. I have photo I will post. I took heart to call the office and ask politely for an explanation. Our phone call conversation today was with a Customer service who was very professional and patient. He listen to my shock and concerns and then explain and work trough this difficulty until the issue was resolved. This company really does deserve the 10 stars. Everyone here is working not for their beef but also for customer to experience respect, fairness and satisfaction. Thank you to the last customer service gentleman who spoke with me at 1350, I was in shocked and I could not remember your name, but thank you for your patience and time for me to grow.

Brandon the appliance technican did an exceptional job servicing our washing machine. He was great at diagnosing the problem and explaining the required solution. Brandon's customer service is top notch and I highly recommend him for appliance repair.

Bought a GE fridge from Brano because he was honest & took the time to make sure our measurements were correct. It wasn't an emergency to buy that day, but we found the fridge and liked Brano. He told us where dent was in fridge & asked if it would be visible in our home. Brano's customer service & Knowledge is top notch. He & his associates, delivery men & service are all A1. Will buy from them again and I do recommend them!

I purchased an induction stove a few weeks ago it was a scratch and dent. I was told over the phone there was a small rub on the handle. I drove to the store, 6hr drive which I told the salesman prior to coming, when I got there i noticed a couple other marks and it wasn't very clean. Some glue marks from stickers, the salesman did however clean some of the glue off. But hey you don't goto a restaurant and the waitress only cleans half the table!! But the salesman cleaned part of the drwaer not the whole thing . I also noticed some other stoves had been clearly used as there was crumbs in the oven and grease on the door. Is it new appliances you sell or reconditioned??? Mine had not been used but still wasn't clean come on guys take some pride and clean the appliances It's a great stove and we generally happy just wish it had the manufacturers warranty instead otherwise if it goes wrong ill need to haul it back to Edmonton. But to be fair I was told that in advance.

I just recently bought a dishwasher from here, this was my 3rd appliance I've purchased over the years and every single time I've had nothing but exceptional experience. This particular time I was able to work with Jason, he was super pleasant to work with and had a very positive attitude. We were able to work out a good deal on a good unit. I appreciate the time spent to get me what I need. I 100% will buy from here again and I highly recommend to anyone who's thinking about getting an appliance.

Wow! First class service from walking through the door to loading my new washing machine. I was greeted right away by a gentleman on the floor Shawn if my memory serves. He was absolutely amazing. Provided me time to think and answered all my questions. He was not pushy at all, and I felt comfortable taking my time to make a decision. He even put the washer I was deciding upon on hold until the following day. The two gentlemen who loaded my machine after purchase were great! They even secured my machine for me. I didn't lift a finger. I have never bought a scratch and dent before. I have been running it now for about 2.5 weeks. It works great! Although I had hesitations about buying a scratch and dent, I am put at ease knowing that I have a 1 year warranty if anything should happen. All the staff we encountered were friendly and approachable.   It took us, or should I say me, a few visits to decide on our purchase of our new fridge.  I like to take my time making decisions like this, so not to buy something impulsive and regret it. Each time the salesmen were attentive and patient and listened to our needs, likes and dislikes.  They were very informative which helped in making our decision.  They didn't make us feel as if they were trying to pressure us into a sale.  They repeatedly told us they want to help us find the fridge that will make us happy. The fridge we chose not only met our refrigeration needs, we also got it for an  awesome price.  Our fridge was delivered by two polite and professional gentlemen.  They set up and removed the old one.  We will definitely  highly recommend Appliance Outlet for your appliance needs.

I was in the store on two different occasions as my fridge requirement changed and super friendly, helpful staff both times. They were the only store in Edmonton that carried the actual fridge that I wanted and happened to have 3 in stock. They beat the competitor's advertised price no problem. Delivery was set up at my convenience and delivery crew were absolutely on time and gave me a 30 minute head's up. They were moving pro's and super careful in my apartment building and my suite. Very friendly. Super experience with Appliance Outlet and I will absolutely recommend them to others! Thanks so much. Now to do the kitchen reno's in order to accommodate the fridge!

A big thank you to Brano who helped us quickly select a new upright freezer and had it delivered within 48 hours. Delivery was fast and efficient. We definitely will be back in the future when we need other appliances.
