Store is messy and you need lots of time and patience but great deals can be had. I dislike the fact you can't tell how much anything is until you are at the cash register. Some things are not discounted at all and some are much less then what signage indicated..

staff is horrible and rude, especially Suman and another associate who claims she has been with sears for many years but yet she does not know how to talk to customers. I think she sd her name was Zamina, i asked her for price for an item ending with 195, which she said was vendor item and she said she knows me and i come to this sears a lot and i should know the difference between vendor items and sears. She sounded very annoyed instead of being happy that i am regular sears customer. overall not happy customer!!!

The main disaster of all Sears stores is that that have no shared database. In every modern store if you ask the stuff "Where I can find an item", they will search in the database an say something like "we have 1 in stock and another in these two locations". Anthony the very same thing you could do using website. Everywhere, but Sears... This is why Sears is dying.

If you ordered online and opted for store pickup, be prepared to wait forever while staff show people to use a cataloge and shop through it with them, spending 20+mins with each person.

Decent selection of merchandise in a very run down store. Staff tries their best to make the experience better.

Not only is sears now terrible as a chain, this particular store has bad service and is understaffed and under-trained. Don't shop at sears.

This location has some decent deals, you do have to spend time finding them though. They have a scratch and dent appliances as well if you need this.

Spent 30 minutes in line to pay for a few items. Sears has gone downhill including their online business

Good prices. and footlocker also served us well even after the closing ⌚ so very happy

Not so busy and you will find the sale stuff always.
