Sea Mar Monroe Dental Clinic

I HATE going to the dentist but I had a great experience at Sea Mar Monroe, WA. I especially liked Dr. Kelly. She fixed my filling and it wasn't a bad experience.

The staff is very professional and kind. I'm grateful for visiting with Dr. Dibaji for a problem tooth I've been putting off for a while, she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I honestly really like all of the humans that work here however,Dr.Kelly is a gem. She does excellent work, cosmetic and otherwise. It's like, she actually wanted my teeth to look good and was not just doing her job, she went above and beyond what I expected and I love how it looks. I REALLY appreciate how sweet she is and she loves what she does and it shows.

I have deep-seated fears of going to the dentist. I also have a recently developed medical condition called "clonus" which causes my leg to shake uncontrollably. I was nervous about going to the dentist for both of these reasons. My teeth were in terrible shape but Dr. A treated me with compassion and empathy. He and his support crew were very attentive to my needs. As someone who gets their dental insurance through the state I was very apprehensive about the care I'd receive but I had no need for worry. I'm so confidant with the care I received that I referred my son to go there.

Had to go here two years ago for a basic cleaning, thought it would be easy. My teeth were in good condition. I had just turned 18 so I needed an adult dentist with my insurance. When I say they did not care, I mean it. The dental assistant was not careful and cut open my gums so many times that I was bleeding for hours afterwards and couldn't eat for two days without excruciating pain. It took weeks to fully heal. The dental assistant also chipped one of my teeth and had nothing to say about it other than "well maybe you should clean your teeth more". I did not feel cared for and the was shamed by the dentist because I had a cavity forming. He was not nice about it and said that I need to grow up and take care of my teeth. WHICH I WAS. I develop cavities easily and it's not entirely my fault. I brush and floss twice a day but they refused to believe me because I had a cavity. Because of this experience I didn't go back. Seamar was my only option so for two years I refused to go to the dentist because I knew I would come out worse than I came if I went back. I now have multiple cavities and I'm being seen at the Everett location. When I told them what was happening they were kind and careful. Didn't shame me and actually treated me well. I would not recommend the Monroe clinic at all. Please go to a different location if Seamar is your only option like me!

They are bad at answering the phone. I enjoy Kim as my dentist, she listens to my concerns, and treats me kindly. Being low income, I couldn’t afford a crown or root canal so she did what she can to help me.

When it comes to medical and dental care, on Medicaid, getting a good provider seems to be very much hit or miss. Working within the parameters of Medicaid can be difficult, but with all information considered, I would say that honestly Sea-Mar is an excellent Dental provider. Dr. Kelly and her staff were all very kind, attentive and Dr. Kelly answered all of my questions thoroughly. I have not had dental care for a very long time, and naturally I was nervous about everything. Dr. Kelly gave special attention to my anxieties, and explained everything to me so I would feel comfortable. So, overall, and so far, things have been good. All I can hope for now is that the billing process goes smoothly. I have heard horror stories already, and I hope that Medicaid will pay for everything.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Acevedo is a wonderful dentist and his staff is equally amazing. Decades of dental fears kept me away from the dentist and I knew I was facing a tremendous amount of dental work. Dr. A. and his staff were so understanding and eased my fears. Also the quality of dentistry is outstanding. Dr. A is very skilled dentist and his staff is equally good. They are my new heroes and I am so thankful to have them as my dental health providers.

Horrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Refused to do anything for my partner's infected tooth. Would not even provide any type of pain relief. He has been in excruciating pain for four days and they did NOTHING. Avoid this place at all costs if you are looking for a dentist who actually cares.

I truly wish there was an option to give these people negative Stars! Sea Mar Monroe dental is very unprofessional and doesn't care about their patients at all! supposedly their motto is to treat you like family or something of that sort if that's the case their family is dysfunctional and does not care. As a person with deep-rooted fear and trauma anxiety of the dentist I have never once had a problem asking for nitrous oxide to calm me down until getting to this place. Especially when you are supposed to have a deep cleaning! This dentist office is like the fast food drive-thru of dentist. They just want to get you in and out they don't care about you and if you have fear they don't care about that either they refuse to make compromise for people with mental health problems. Or anyone trying to make the dentist a somewhat calm experience. if you're on state assistance as I am please do not give them your business it's a waste of money and you'll probably come out worse off on the end of the situation. Oh and by the way I've never gone to a dentist office that tried to hand out flu shots like trick or treat candy also kind of weird. -5 stars is what you get from me you should be ashamed of yourselves Sea Mar. hate to say this but if there was a way to Sue this company for lack of compassion I would.
