Sea Glass Bed and Breakfast

Chris & Moira’s Seaglass B&B is amazing!!! Chris took the time to cook us some delicious vegan breakfasts, which was much appreciated on our part, and Moira was a wonderful hostess!!! Our room was very beautiful with a neat king size bed and a private bathroom!!! Room decoration is superb!!! We even got a small take-out for the day which demonstrates the generosity of the hosts. I fully recommend if you are planning on staying in the Summerside area!!! Jacques.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaglass B&B. Chris and Moira are amazing hosts, and the space is beautiful. We visited in the off-season and were super comfortable and cozy in the beautiful sand stone room. Everything is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Don't be shy about your preferences, Chris was more than accommodating with our special food requests and breakfast was outstanding! Any expectations we had were exceeded and we highly recommend the Seaglass B&B!

Fabulous place to stay! The rooms were decorated beautifully, very clean and very comfortable. We stayed for three nights at the end of July. Cooking is a passion with Chris, and you can tell with just one bite! I loved that the breakfast was continental AND hot cooked. We came to breakfast when we were ready and started with fruit, yogurt etc. while Chris finished preparing the Eggs Benedict. No stress for having to be at breakfast at exactly the right time... which is super nice when you're on vacation: Also Chris and Moira recommended a few things to check out around the island which were spot on for what we wanted to do. They were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. One little tip if you stay at Sea Glass: If it's available, spring for the King room. The bed is amazing: Would definitely recommend it, and hope to go back.

Chris and Moira made our stay unforgettable with every detail taken care of. The room was beautifully appointed, spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they were very accommodating with my gluten free request. They even gave us a couple of muffins for the road. We highly recommend this B&B.

I stayed in the Sea Frost room and it was fantastic! The king size bed was amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed a wonderful long hot shower in the morning! The breakfast was yogurt with fruit and granola, fresh ingredient omelette, avocado toast and home fries and great coffee! and it was delicious! Great hosts! I truly enjoyed my stay there! I highly recommend this B&B!

We had a fabulous stay at seaglass B and B. The room we had has was spacious and airy and super clean. The bed was very comfortable too. Our hosts Chris and Moira were just the best. Chris prepares delicious breakfasts and asked us first about Our preferences. We had to leave early the last morning of our stay and he prepared us some delicious overnight oats we could take with us for our long ride home. He also set the coffee maker and left to go cups so we would have coffee as well.. Moira was helpful in finding us evening music shows . It was the attention to small details and the thoughtfulness that really makes this a special place. Also Moira and. Chris were just a fun couple to sit and chat with. Very down to earth people who made us feel at home. We would most definitely stay here again..wished we had had been able to stay longer. Nancy and Daniel Egger

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home July 8th for the night. We had been travelling and stayed at several other B&B’s and I honestly can’t express how amazing this B&B was!! Moira and Chris went out of their way to accommodate us, from allowing us to arrive late, to helping us with directions and searching for restaurants that’s suited the cuisine we were looking for we were on a food trip. The room was large, and the bed was so comfortable! The furniture, linens, blankets and towels were of high quality and it was very nice to see that they took care of the rooms to such high standards, because all these little details added to our great experience. Now for Chris, … this man can honestly cook!! We expected the typical coffee, bread and butter breakfast, but he really put his heart into making us the best breakfast every!! This man loves to cook and its nice so have someone with such passion in the kitchen spoil his guests. I had, avocado toast with a poached egg on top with bacon and potato’s, and my husband had eggs benedict with bacon and home-made potato’s. We were also served yogurt with fresh toppings such as granola, strawberries, blackberries, blue berries, raspberries, and dried fruit. The best part, Chris made homemade fresh blueberry muffins, that were served warm, which were delicious!! Our stay at Sea Glass B&B was truly wonderful!! We had a great stay, great food, and shared some great conversations with the hosts and the other guests. I would definitely return and stay with them again, and I would also recommend anyone travelling out that way to stay at Sea Glass!! **The pictures of the room were taken the next day, which is why the bed and washroom were messy** Kerren and Andre

We have stayed at many B & B's around the world and by far the best hospitality and caring has come from Moira and Chris Cairns who own and operate the Sea Glass Inn B & B in Summertime, PEI Canada. It was by far was the highlight of our trip with the lodging and quality of the food and service we received. Both Moira and Chris treated us like family members and because of their kindness and hospitality we intend to go back for another stay. Thank you so much for everything. Nancy and Joe

Lovely bed and breakfast! We stayed a few nights in August 2017. Our room was on the main floor with a large full ensuite bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were well appointed and very clean. Chris likes to cook and the breakfasts were fabulous. Both Moira and Chris were gracious and helpful hosts. Location is just a few minutes from Summerside and a beach and a short distance from many tourist attractions. We would return.

Highly recommend this B&B! Everything was so lovely, from the hot breakfast made just for us by Chris, to the newly renovated rooms and en-suite, so clean and bright! We stayed on the main floor as it was part of our Honeymoon trip and they treated us exceptionally and were thrilled that we stopped in on our East Coast road trip from Toronto. They have a great story of how they ended up in PEI and can really provide inspiration for people wondering if they should follow their dream. I hope that if you are in the Summerside area of PEI you stop in and see them, it won't disappoint. Chris and I will be back for sure, maybe on another mile stone : All the best to Moira & Chris and your two boys.
