Great simple menu with many options but not an overwhelming amount of offerings. Great classic American comfort food along side healthy option. Gluten free options are clearly marked and plentiful. Hold out for the outside deck seating, worth the wait, with incredible views and cool breeze on a hot summer day into the night. Live music inside and plenty of table space.
The views were spectacular! The food was absolutely scrumptious! I hadn't been to Maine in years and of course I wanted a lobster and boy it didn't disappoint! I also enjoyed the flight of beers, it was nice to try different beers. Everything was all around 5 star experience EXCEPT the customer service! My bartender pretty much ignored me the entire time. He was too busy chatting with the regulars or trying to clean up to even notice me.
What a wonderful place filed with so much amazing food and beautiful views. We were lucky enough to score a table outside but many of the tables inside all have windows with great views. Everyone was happy with their choices. I would highly recommend this place for great food, great drinks, beautiful views and amazing service.
We were seating quickly but we got there about 4:30 pm. Server was friendly and helpful. A pleasant surprise was there was live music which was very good. He engaged with people and got us singing and laughing. Samples of a locally made cider were given out. If you can set outside. The view of the water, bridge, and foliage was beautiful
Great lunch there, had the street corn salad from the specials with the shishito pepper app. Recommend the patio. The large beer sampler was perfect for two to split.
Brewery with a full menu, this is definitely worth a stop. The outdoor seating is over the beautiful river, it's fun to watch the fish jumping out of the water. Looked like they had live music inside as well as when we went to leave! Brussels were delicious. Most of our drinks were too. I really disliked one of my drinks but our server swapped for us. Cute spot for dinner or lunch or just drinks.
I ordered the Wild Blueberry Goat salad, subbed the onions for avocado, and added grilled chicken. It was a tasty salad, the strawberries and blueberry vinaigrette blend well with the goat cheese, but the fresh mint was an inspired choice as it broke the cohesion every time I got a bite of mint as it added an unnecessarily sharp flavor to what was already a tart and sweet salad. Too many conflicting flavors, so next time I would just omit it. My husband got a turkey burger, as per his opinion it was a moist and flavorful turkey burger which was satisfying since a lot of restaurants will over-season them or the patty will wind up too dry. Aside from that, we were disappointed to find out that they switched to their Summer menu which lacks a lot of the dishes we are fond of like the Steak and Cheese roll, the Crab and Havarti sandwich, and the Tamari Glazed Brussel Sprout salad. The whole menu feels smaller in general, to be honest, which will likely impact how often we visit. Overall, it was a pleasant dinner. Features: Masks aren't required and my husband and I were the only two of five people wearing masks, from what I could tell, and only one worked there. I'm not sure what the protocol is or if the chefs are required to wear masks.
Love this place!!! Atmosphere was amazing, everyone was super nice. Love the cider, French onion soup, and the turkey dinner.
The food was amazing! I would definitely come back. Bathrooms are very hard to find tho :
Enjoyed a nice sandwich and salad on the deck. Very relaxing. The rubuen was fatty and tough is my only criticism.
