Have been going to Sculpt Barre for about a year now & I love the classes! I have tried many workout classes in the past but always struggled to find one I enjoyed. After the first time coming here, I knew I finally found it. All the instructors are very motivating & welcoming!

Still in love with the barre method and all the staff are always welcoming and motivating. My core muscles, strength and balance are always challenged and I feel re energized after every class. I highly recommend to give it a try and maybe you will love it too!

Beautiful studio with gorgeous views of the countryside!! Barre technique is low-impact with reduced stress to the joints. Highly recommend the “ass class” which adds ankle weights to the exercises and is very effective at sculpting the thighs and glutes!
Love this place! Very nice owner and very comfortable vibe. Workouts are always challenging but worth the results!
