Scotty's Hot Dogs

Wow! Just wow well, I'll say more than that! I found him temporarily stationed outside of Mother Earth Brewery, downtown Boise at 3rd & Broad Street, but he certainly gets around. His extra-large dogs are beef. Polish dog is just spicy beef no pork and vegetarian dog too! So many fresh, delicious toppings to choose from, that he will gladly pile on. I went with my standard go-to; Polish dog with mustard and sauerkraut, but you can choose other fine toppings such as Scotty sauce a sweeter BBQ+, jalapeños, etc. So good, I went back for another! Not only are these huge dogs great, but so is his personality. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. I would definitely get another dog from him if I see him around, and so should you. My only minor criticism nobody’s perfect!; I know that his truck is limited on space, but I wish that he had ginger ale or better yet, an unsweet ice tea. Best that I’ve had in Boise, without a doubt. You will think so too. Sorry no pics, as I inhaled those hot dogs too quickly. Yum!

The food truck came by my apartment complex this week. Delicious food, a great value, and had a good conversation with the owner. Highly recommended!

Best hotdogs, follow them all over the valley. It really is the sauce that sets them apart.
