Scott and Associates have a great reputation in the local community and came highly recommended by a friend and former realtor.  We were very impressed with Scott's negotiation skills once we received offers. We felt in good hands trusting him to help us negotiate a fair sale price. We were also very happy with the number of showings and the interest that we had for the house.  In the end we were able to sell our house in a time when many comparable homes were not selling and I'm sure that is due largely to the hard work put in by Scott and Darlene.  We'd happily work with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in South Delta!
