4 hour wait for a mediocre wash and the guy hit my mirror with the ladder and broke it  "we take these things very seriously here"....we just won't believe what the customer says or won't offer to cover the costs of our employees mistakes.  Owner wouldn't even cover the $100 part....i Didn't even ask for him to cover the 4 hours lost time and labor!! Pathetic. Ignorant.  Highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you feel like spending half your day shopping around for parts and fixing your vehicle of course.

Worst truck wash, charged me $99 took 50 minutes of time to wash , I could've washed by myself better than visiting this place.

I came here to wash my truck and I have been going here for 14 years. When I went to go get my truck washed I had to wait 6 hours for a turn and once it was I had one guy wash my truck and once he was done I went to go pay and they said it cost 600 dollars. The guy that washed my truck said it was a high price and it should be lower and same with the receptionist. The receptionist called the manager to lower the price and the manager was very rude and told me the price will not change. I had to pay 600 and it was very bad customer service and really rude manager. I am never coming back. My friend went to the road king truck wash and they only charged him 275 for his truck.

Scott's really takes care of the little guy . thanks for the quality. Other than a corrupt boss... I'd say the workers are the ones making it happen. Sure got alot of little secrets that they don't want the public knowing

I tried to get them th come to my place to get them to wash my truck units on a regular basis but they emailed me twice and never got back to me again that was 3 weeks ago. I guess they don't need or want the wash busines!!

I have been gone for a year, and got the pete washed. Looks like a new truck, again. Awesome job, Archie. Couldn't ask for a more perfect job. Looks good on Scott's. The new office and drivers lounge, is very impressive.

I take our company trucks here and this place is fricken awesome wait times are crazy but it’s definitely worth the wait every time guys that work here work very hard no matter how dirty your rig is they’ll make it look brand new. If your truck got a lot of oil spills and sticky ask for an acid wash some what pricey but you’ll be blown away by your truck condition after!

I have been dealing with Scott's Pressure Wash for a number of years now and have no problems with them. They would show up for their scheduled appointment time, get the work done. They have been receptive to any questions that I may have asked over the years. I have had them not only clean my fleet of 14 trucks but have had the do clean up work for me after a few hydraulic spills we have had. Great Job Guys.
