Great people to deal with. Fast and willing to always answer questions. Sometimes without a charge. My 2018 income tax was done quickly. I do however do not like the way the reassessment was handled. There was in fact a mistake made. The employee blamed the error on my t4 slips. One of them being incomplete. After going over all my info with cra after i had asked the firm to clarify the issue. I was lead to believe that it was an employer giving me 1 t4 and submitting another to cra. At the end of the day cra verified eberything i had submittes to this firm as well as with my income tax document's. I was basically lies to by this firm and it has now cost me over 2500.00. Lesson learned check the math before paying them and having to pay CRA
