Great movie theater with friendly staff! I understand Covid has made it difficult to not only be open but also limit the amount of individuals that are in the building at a time however, it would be nice if staff would "check in" before the movie starts to ensure that people are seated in the seats they reserved.
My favourite cinema in town! Can’t even count how many times I went there before COVID, I had so many memories with this cinema, always a fan of IMAX. Hopefully I could go with friends after pandemic!
Very nice experience during orange zone Covid time.
Comfortable seating. Clean. Not much else to say. Not an engaging theatre. Pay for tickets. Pass through usher who rips ticket. Watch movie. Line up for washroom. Leave. It would be nice to see more creative interaction. A more lively experience instead if the same old routine. We certainly pay enough...#localguide
Their website was easy to navigate and allows the option of seeing some great films from the comfort of your own home. Which right now is a godsend for keeping your sanity
Capacity is really reduced due to covid
One of my favorite theater in Ottawa. Food and drinks were good and didn't have to wait a long time to order. The seats were comfortable and worked really well. Prices are like any other theatres.
