If I could have given a negative star rating I would have. The teller I just dealt with was the rudest, most ignorant and unhelpful person I have dealt with. She would not help with anything, just simply said I could call scotia bank as well as her, and I might want to google information instead of looking at her for it. Unbelievable.

I went in to make a deposit and teller asked me how i got the money to deposit! Also last spring was talked into a different type of account that gave more interest but didn't find out till a lot later that the bank fee's were 5 times the amount i had originally paid and when i tried to use my bank card they said the account was closed! They hadn't linked it to new account. Very unprofessional and under handed way of doing business!

Such a great environment and the place looks amazing. It's huge inside and people know what there doing.
