Not a good sign when the senior customer service person on site ignores the only customer in the bank standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes. No acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you," just completely ignored him. Very callous assistance, with no empathy to complicated situations, just "that's just how we do it..." *insert smug look here.*. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Helpful staff, for a bank. Why can't all the tellers be open all the time.

I usually have pretty good experiences. The bank is not great, but the staff is quite nice and everything gets donde fast

The teller staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Weve sometimes has trouble with the financial specialists in the back offices, but nothing major.
