Scotiabank keeps locking my credit card without reason and then I have to wait in branch for 2hours for them to unlock my card. Happened twice.nThe staff here are nice but Scotiabank is the worst if not the second worst bank I have used.
Fantastic customer service at this location from the manager and teller. They went above and beyond to help us with our withdrawing issue. I really appreciate their help and highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for a reliable bank with incredible customer service.
Worse location I've dealt with. Staff lie when you ask them what's wrong with the bank machines. Tell you it the time of day or the one machine. Everytime I deposit any amount of bills the any of their machines they will NOT deposit them all and then no matter what you try they will not take one bill. When you try to use the teller they are closed to push you to digital banking.nThe service sucks.!!!nTerrible service!!nTerrible location.nTerrible bank all together.
One of the worst banks I've been to! The older lady with the lip piercing was very rude. And service was very slow. Glad I went to a different bank !
Great customer service. Bank manager came out of her office to explain the process to usn. Very friendly and clean, line up moves quickly.
