Scotia in Vaudreuil-Dorion is really bad !! The service is bad and they absolutly don't know what they are doing. They wasted a lot of my time and still no sign of resolving my problem that they caused. 1 month ago they gave me a card that i could use to take money out of my credit margin. And now that i need it they tell me that it cannot be used as such. I also discovered that the promotion i was using does not exists even if i have a scotia letter that says otherwise. Wich means much much more interest to pay. And i also discovered that they applied a promotion without asking me wich cost 15 extra dollars a mouth for an insurance that i already am paying for ! Sorry for my bad spelling

If you are looking to bank here or get a mortgage...run. Almost every person I have dealt with was either rude or couldn't do anything for me. I'm extremely disappointed in the level of customer service, I have never experienced anything so awful. Thankfully there are so many banking options because I will never deal with Soctiabank again.

Ils ont un guichet au volant qui évite de détacher les enfants, quoi demander de plus.
