Worst scotiabank I've ever had to deal with. Everytime I come it's a half hour wait to see a teller. In line right now and waited 15 minutes so far with only one person being served. They only have one teller open and the other 2 have been hiding in vault since I got here. Don't care about customers and how long they have to wait at all! Think I'll be changing banks.
Absolutely atrocious service, 99% of the time you will just be prompted to come back and they will just keep cutting their hours so you have a smaller timeframe to be there every time, If you want To spend 20 minutes driving for some middle-aged lady to tell you to just Call the one 800 number This is the perfect bank for you
Why are people paying these large fees so they can do their banking through a teller, when you can't even get to bank on time because they close too early. 3pm really !!!! They can't even put the right hours on their site or phone. Everyone is better off getting those online banking without fees since they can't put a full days work in and get paid for it.
Went to this bank on Saturday as it says they are open at 9:30, only to be met with a sign that says they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Update your hours so that people don't waste their time driving to your location only to be met with disappointment
Says open 930 to 4. We'll the atm machine is open, Not the tellers. Update your hours because people are just wasting their time coming to your bank.
