Most chaotic inefficient bank I've even been to. No one to greet you when you come in for an appointment so you have no idea where to go. I waited 20 minutes and I saw others wait over 45. The employee I met with didn't seem to know what he was doing and wasn't communicating what was going on. Tellers chitchat while serving clients and staff in general talk to each other in a familiar, non professional way. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 and not a 1 is that some of the staff were very nice. But this bank needs a change of management.

The ATM machine has not worked properly in over a year. The staff is aware but unfortunately nothing gets done. It forces us to have to go to a teller...but I work 9-6...so I have take time off work to do my banking???nFIX THE ATM...WE PAY ENOUGH FEES

Very unprofessional women staff at the counter. Don’t there !!! She will play in your account. many client will testify the same !

The worst bank its all old lady that are very slow you have to wait 1h in line all the time

The employees are friendly and very attentive. Especially Mr. Heppi took very good care of me. In general, it is a very good bank branch.
