The employees are friendly and very attentive. Especially Mr. Heppi took very good care of me. In general, it is a very good bank branch.

I am sure most of them are paid reviews.nnNot sure how it has 4 star.nnTerrible experience at this branch. The staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful, and seem completely uninterested in assisting customers. Instead of addressing concerns, they look for ways to pass the issue along just to avoid doing their job. The lack of professionalism and customer service is shocking. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this branch at all costs.

I have never seen such a terrible system in my life. I have been coming for three days, there are always a lot of people for three days, there is only one employee working at the counter for three days, I have never seen such nonsense in my life, I have not been able to use my card for three days because I do not understand what this bank is doing in this location, I go in the evening, the same, I go in the morning, the same, I go in the afternoon, the same, they have a ridiculous system and they look down on their customers.

I'm very pleased with the service I have received at this branch. The branch manager is always present and would intervene to make things go smoothly. Many thanks to her. The other employees I have met were professional and friendly.

Unfortunately there was no zero star and that's the reason I am giving this branch 1 star.nSuper slow and none experienced team.nThere were only 4 people in front of me in the line and two operator which take me 40 minutes.n
