Pretty awful customer service took 40$ out if my account for an uber charge even though we dont have Uber in New Brunswick. Then called to make a fraud claim said they would call me back in 2-3 days. 3 weeks later nothing. Then finally called back for the third time after getting no one and they told me they hadn't gotteb to fraud claims from December of the previous year yet. Finally told me i would get my money back in 2 to 3 months. Awful service would not recommend to anyone unless they enjoy pain and losing money

I am someone who was a very lucky student- no student loans! I worked through school and had an education fund from my parents so I was very lucky. However at the end of my school year I did a work term over seas and came back to no job and no money! Not ever having any experience with loans and such a took out 2 credit cards which were a huge mistake. A 20 year old with a couple credit cards and no other money... I recently got a job in SJ in my field and have been struggling to make ends meet as I had to move and had no money to do so. Ethan Bosfet was amazing and understanding and helped me consolidate my cards and personal debt into one loan with manageable payments. I can't be more thankful for his patience and willingness to understand the situation it is to be fresh out of school and broke as hell. Thank you Ethan and Scotiabank! My life is now on track!

I am closing my accounts because of poor customer service. In all fairness there is one lady who works there who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I am going to miss the scene points program but I am sure I will survive.
