Terrible customer service. Roneel does not return phones calls or emails promptly, it usually takes him 2-3 days or you have to email or call again. Leighton (branch manager) did nothing to help, but was very good at defending his staff. So if you want to work and do a half a$$ job, maybe you could apply there? I wish zero stars were possible.

Friendly staff are fast and efficient at getting customers through without pushing them out the door, you feel cared for as a person rather than just a number.

It will be nice to have extended hours on some days of the week for many of us that get off work after 4-5pm. Weekend banking will be a good idea as well.
