David shouldn’t have a job at the bank. He sent a 350$ e transfer to someone whom was not the insurance company I was attempting to send too. Luckily it wasn’t a real email or else I’d be out 350$
I am sick and tired of this bank taking money out of my account whenever they want after I made arrangements. They also will tell you one thing and then go back on it. Then they will say that they never said that. Will never again go through Scotiabank!
I've Been a customer of Scotiabank for twenty years, they are no longer a business that I can trust and the customer service is beyond reprehensible.
David was super helpful today and took care of our requests in a timely manner
Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. Instead of helping me my advisor decided it was better to just ghost me and not follow up on any of my emails. Which is probably the best outcome, because a ten year old could probably give equal if not better financial advice.
