Terrible service. Clerk told me that the branch manager would email me in regards to my credit card. i never heard from him. I repeatedly called customer service to have the branch contact me which, of course didn`t happen. Avoid at all cost - I`m moving my account!

Avoid this branch at all cost. The service is extremely slow and whenever the staffs don't know what to do, the manager seems to be absent all the time. A simple bank draft takes 20 min with no customer lining up in front of me on a weekday 2pm. - twice!

Only 1 person at the cash.. Worst branch ever of any banks i went in the world! They should change their manager!

I felt discriminated against while I was trying to pull a bank draft out of my credit line. My signature is pretty sloppy I will admit, but even after providing SIN, Driver's License, Scotiabank VISA, MC and Corporate AMEX they would not let me access my account. Might have been because I work for a video game company and wear shorts and tshirt, and have tattoos...not sure either way, but the end result was a huge time sink and overall terrible service from their management team. Michael was cool though, very apologetic through the whole affair. Would not recommend going here unless you have to.
